Education enriches life in many ways. It is not solely confined to academic pursuits, but also develops one’s physical and emotional aspects. The Arborland Education Center offers before- and after-school programs that aim to improve the quality of life of anyone between K to adulthood, focusing not only on intellectual development, but also on physical and mental growth.
Here at Arborland, we believe that learning begins at birth and continues throughout life. We offer tutoring from K to the 12th grade, prioritizing your child’s academic improvement early on to prepare them for the rest of their lives. We also have test preparation classes aimed at helping your child ace their college entrance tests - a key to get into the top colleges and universities around the world.
Arborland Education Center also offers Chinese and Korean language classes for kids and adults alike, as we also believe in knowledge that can be effectively used in everyday life.
Going beyond academics, we also offer sports and martial arts programs. Children and their parents can learn tennis on our court and swimming in our indoor pool with our highly qualified coaches. Tae Kwon Do and gymnastics classes are also offered in our spacious studios. These programs are focused on physical development, but moreso on the discipline and technique that students will gain while learning.
Intellectual and physical development can only bring one so far, that is why we believe that one’s emotional growth should be improved as well. We offer counseling to anyone who may need it, providing a safe and welcoming environment where no concern is too small to discuss.
Arborland also believes that when you have hobbies, you have a much healthier body and mind than those who do not have them. Our Academy of the Arts offers classes in art, music and dance that can bring you and your child closer to that healthier state.
Our art program exposes the student to different media (watercolor, charcoal, etc.) and techniques (painting, sketching, etc.), enabling them to develop and master their own. Our music program has piano (using the Yamaha keyboard), violin (using the Suzuki violin), drum, guitar, flute and even vocal lessons, ensuring that there is a class that will peak everyone’s interests. Our dance program offers classes in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, ballroom and Latin dance that can be enjoyed by all.
The Arborland Education Center and Academy of Arts is a comfortable and welcoming space where you and your child can flourish. We do not only help build academic skills, but also increase confidence in one’s self. Our programs can improve one’s personal responsibility as well, something that will help them reach their aspirations.
